A few months ago I came to Davis and Clark Auto Repair hoping to avoid dealership prices for a simple oil change. What I got instead was a fully immersive theater experience. I was told the service would take about an hour, so I settled into their “waiting room,” which consists of two chairs and a speaker blasting club music—perfect if you enjoy contemplating your life choices while listening to nightclub beats at 9 a.m. About an hour in, the mechanic’s baby mama arrived and they launched into a lengthy and very passionate argument. This became the primary entertainment for the next hour while my car apparently sat finished and forgotten. When I finally worked up the courage to interrupt the domestic summit and ask about my car, I was told it had been done for about an hour. Good to know my vehicle had been patiently waiting for me while I was attending the live drama series. While all this was happening, another customer stood up and farted directly in my face. Once again, Davis and Clark saves the day! We have just had the pleasure once again of having our vehicle repaired at D&C. That's right, pleasure! What was a worrying electrical issue about our car was handled with efficiency and professionalism and somehow, all this at an extremely fair cost. Every single time we leave, we are astonished at the level of care, depth of knowledge and incredibly fair pricing that they provide. And good natured, friendly people too! They have worked on our Toyota Highlander Hybrid and GMC duramax pickup with great results. Micah and Keith are an incredible team and other Bend business could do well by following their example. As a retired technician myself, I'm a tough customer and these guys have proven their worth to me time and time again. Simply the gold standard for auto repair in central Oregon and the only shop we will use or recommend. SIX stars!!

Got stuck in Bend after a concert when my alternator died. I randomly chose this place to have my car towed to for repairs. They quoted me a price that was cheaper than what my local dealership would’ve charged for the same repair. Once I gave the okay it was fixed promptly and I went to pick up my car. It was a nice place with kind people and Buddy the Elf! The office dog (Buddy the Elf) made my day! He was absolutely worth the extra trip to Bend to pick up my car. Give the dog a raise. I would definitely recommend this place!

They did an amazing job! Joseph did a thorough diagnostics and had delt with alot concerning a warranty issue. Finally the dealer just paid for the repair and Joseph and team had it fixed in 3days. I highly recommend Davis & Clark Automotive Repair for all your mechanical needs. Thank You Very Much!!!!
